Return Policy
All in-Stock Items will ship within 48 hours on weekdays. Out of stock items 2 weeks and custom orders 2 weeks.
All returns and exchanges must be unused, unwashed and undamaged . Items must be return with a copy of your sales slip. All return and exchanges must be received within 10 days of purchase. A restocking fee of 15% will be charge for each item.
Return Instructions
Contact one of our prompt, courteous Customer Service representatives toll free at (623) 582-3448. Be sure to have the following information available when you call:
- Name
- Part number(s) to be returned
- Copy of original invoice
- Reason for return
- Obtain R.M.A. number which shall remain active and valid for 60 days. (Important: Issuance of R.M.A. does not represent an authorized credit.)
- Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment. Depending on its condition, original packaging may not be sufficient.
- Ship only those items for which the R.M.A. has been issued.
- Write the R.M.A. number prominently on the outside of package.
